Spice Up designs a corporate brochure for a property development firm.

Brief
Demar Developments are a boutique property developer with a number of major developments underway. They wanted a publication to give to potential investors that would give a snapshot of who they are and what they have available.

Spice Up's Flavour Enhancement
Spice Up created an glossy, eye-catching 16 page corporate brochure which doubled as a presentation folder with an inside flap on the back cover for additional information.

Spice Up also provided the copywriting and managed the print and production of the brochure.
